As hospitality assistant I had the task of making sure the daily operations of the front
desk ran efficiently both for the company as well as for guests. This job required thorough and tedious excel spreadsheet forming and managing, conflict management, and a level of communication that required application of professional uncertainty reduction when addressing guest expectations and customer service.

Black Male Achievement Portland (BMA) is designed to assist City leaders in their efforts to improve the life outcomes of Black men and boys. To say that this is an opportunity for at risk youth would be wrong. Every young person is intrinsically at risk when birthed because of the systemic forms of oppression that still matriculates throughout every city in America
